View certificateGUARANTEE OF OUR PRODUCTS
ramonsoler guarantees its tapware during 5 years against structural or material or manufacturing defects.
Thermostatic cartridges, self-closing cartridges and electronic components have a guarantee of 3 years.
Accessories (flexible hose, handshowers, headshowers, wall supports, shower columns, etc…) have a guarantee of 3 years.
Consumable materials and those which wear out from ordinary use (batteries filters, aerators, seals) are not covered by this guarantee, except if they have manufacturing defects.
Date of purchase must be shown via invoice or receipt.
In order to the warranty claim to be covered, in each case the defect must be revised and accepted by ramonsoler After Sales Dept., who will determine whether repair the product, partially replace a component of the product or replace the product completely.
The eventual repair or substitution of the components does not prolong the guarantee.
Guarantee of the products does not apply if:
- The installation and connection to the system has been not undertaken according to the installation manual or use instructions.
- The use, maintenance and cleaning has been not undertaken in conformity with ramonsoler instructions.
- The damage produced by an inadequate use, defect installation, natural wear out or incorrect maintenance.
- The damage produced by external conditions like too high pressure or extreme environmental conditions.
- Functional problems due the impurities of the water as sand, construction waste or limestone accumulation.
If the product claimed in guarantee has been discontinued in our product line, it will be substituted by one of similar characteristics.
In the case of products set formed by different products, if a product part presents a defect, it will be repaired or changed such product part and not the rest of the components set.
The guaranteed product will be applied in the country where the product has been sold.
The claim of the guarantee must be done through the retailer or distributor where the product has been sold. In case of not knowing where to claim, the claims must be addressed to Industrias Ramon Soler S.L.:
ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS WARRANTY
The Consumer and User Law, in the section that regulates after-sales services, says that companies have to offer spare parts for a minimum period of five years from the date on which the product stops being manufactured.
At ramonsoler we provide spare parts for up to 10 years, or more, after the faucet model is no longer manufactured.
