We back every product with a warranty against structural, material or manufacturing defects, and with original spare parts long after a model is discontinued.

ramonsoler guarantees its taps for 5 years against structural, material or manufacturing defects.
3years
Cartridges and electronics
Thermostatic cartridges, self-closing cartridges and electronic components have a 3-year warranty.
3years
Accessories
Accessories (flexible hoses, hand showers, shower heads, wall supports, shower columns, etc.) have a 3-year warranty.
10+years
Original spare parts
We supply spare parts for up to 10 years, or more, after a tap model is discontinued. The law requires a minimum of five.
Consumables and parts that wear out through ordinary use (batteries, filters, seals, aerators, etc.) are not covered by this warranty, unless they have manufacturing defects.

Warranty conditions

Proof of purchase
The date of purchase must be shown with an invoice or receipt.

Technical review
For the warranty to apply, in each case the defect must be reviewed and accepted by the ramonsoler After-Sales Department, which will decide whether to repair the product or replace a component or the whole product.

Warranty period
Any repair or replacement of components does not extend the warranty period.

Discontinued products
If the product under warranty has been discontinued, it will be replaced by one of similar characteristics and equal quality.

Product sets
For sets made up of different components, if one part has a manufacturing defect, that part will be repaired or replaced, not the rest of the set.

Territorial scope
The warranty applies in the country where the product was sold.
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to
Products whose installation and connection were not carried out according to the installation manual or instructions for use.
Products whose use, maintenance and cleaning were not carried out in accordance with ramonsoler instructions.
Damage caused by improper use, faulty installation, natural wear or incorrect maintenance.
Damage caused by external conditions such as excessive pressure or extreme environmental conditions.
Functional problems caused by impurities in the water, such as sand, construction debris or limescale build-up.

How to make a claim

Contact your retailer
Warranty claims must be made through the retailer or distributor where the product was sold, who will manage the warranty with the manufacturer.
