This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies this website uses, what they are for, how long they are kept and how you can accept, reject or delete them. It has been drawn up in accordance with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's Guide on the use of cookies.

2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in the user's browser (on a computer, mobile phone or tablet) when they visit it. They allow the website, for example, to remember your preferences from one page to the next or between visits, or to find out statistically how it is used. Other technologies work in a similar way, such as the browser's local storage ("localStorage"); in this policy, the term cookies also covers them.
Cookies may be first-party (set by the website itself) or third-party (set by another entity, such as an analytics provider), and session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept for the period indicated).
3. Cookies used on this website
This website only uses the cookies listed below, grouped into the same categories as the cookie notice: "Necessary" and "Analytics". We do not use advertising cookies or cookies to build profiles for commercial purposes.
3.1. Necessary (always active)
These are essential for the website to work and to provide the services you request, such as showing you the website in your language, remembering your cookie choice or saving your favourite products. That is why they cannot be switched off in the cookie notice. They are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI, and their legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in the proper technical operation of the website (article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are all first-party, are not shared with third parties and are not used to identify you.

3.2. Analytics (only if you accept them)
These cookies tell us, in aggregate and statistical form, how many people visit the website, which pages they view and how they reach it, so that we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager; both are services of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). These cookies are not used for advertising purposes.
These cookies are only set if you accept them. Until you give your consent, or if you reject them, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not even downloaded to your browser and no data is sent to Google. Their legal basis is your consent (article 22.2 LSSI and article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time; if you withdraw it, the analytics cookies are deleted automatically.

4. YouTube videos
Some pages include videos hosted on YouTube, a Google service. At first only an image of the video is shown: the YouTube player is not loaded until you press the play button, and it is then loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play the video, Google may store or read information in your browser in accordance with its own cookie policy, over which INDUSTRIAS RAMÓN SOLER, S.L. has no control. If you do not wish this to happen, you can choose not to play the videos.
5. How to accept, reject or change your choice
The first time you visit the website, a cookie notice is shown with the options "Accept", "Reject" and "Settings". "Accept" and "Reject" are given equal prominence, and you can keep browsing without answering: until you choose, no analytics cookies are set. Under "Settings" you can decide separately on each optional category, which is switched off by default.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. You can also do so by deleting the "cookie_consent" cookie from your browser: the notice will be shown again on your next visit.
Your choice is kept for one year. After that period, or if the cookies used by the website or their purposes change, you will be asked again.
6. How to block or delete cookies in your browser
You can also allow, block or delete the cookies stored on your device from your browser settings. You will find instructions in each browser's help pages:

If you block or delete the necessary cookies, the website may not remember your language, your cookie choice or your favourites.
7. International data transfers
If you accept analytics cookies or play a YouTube video, Google may process the data collected on servers located outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, and also applies the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. 8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to protecciondatos@rsramonsoler.com, as explained in our legal notice and privacy policy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the cookies used by the website or the applicable legislation change. The date of the last update is shown at the beginning of this text. If the changes affect cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it again.
