The most precious metal of all, gold, and its unmistakable golden colour are among the main trends in interior design, one of those that always return to our most prized colour palettes to create wonderful spaces.
An object of desire for centuries, the gold finish in contemporary interior design can be seen in wall coverings, furniture and decorative accessories, always bringing a touch of sophistication, elegance, resistance and overwhelming energy, as well as a luminosity that reinforces each of the decorative elements we include in our projects. Its warm reflections and the ease with which it combines with other colours are some of the reasons for its success. The Alexia collection by Ramon Soler® won us over with its exquisite design, and also captivated us in its matt black and brushed nickel versions; this time, when we thought it could not surprise us any more, we discover it in brushed gold. As if Alexia were not enough, last year the brand launched a totally surprising new proposal: Tzar, with a cylindrical handle, conical body and, of course, also available in brushed gold finish. The Alexia and Tzar collections dress the most innovative and avant-garde bathrooms, thanks to their magnificent aesthetics, their technology and their sustainable character.
THE DESIGN OF ALEXIA AND TZAR
Their design, with sinuous lines and conical, ergonomic shapes, conveys delicacy as well as dynamism and lightness, with a conical spout crowned by a lever which, in the case of Alexia, reaffirms its character of maximum elegance, while in Tzar it is avant-garde in essence with a bolder touch. Furthermore, both collections incorporate water-saving systems, with an intermediate stop in the vertical opening travel of their single lever, so that aesthetic harmony is achieved along with comfort and optimisation of natural resources during use.
DURABILITY AND MAXIMUM RESISTANCE. Ramon Soler® uses advanced techniques to achieve these striking finishes, with materials and manufacturing processes that offer maximum resistance for everyday use. The brushed gold finish of the Ramon Soler® collections is produced using the PVD technique, “Physical Vapor Deposition”. This is an ionic coating process in which the surface of the piece is covered with a highly resistant metal. A specific type of coating that provides not only aesthetic value but also protection against rust, wear, scratches, limescale and sea water.

The complete range of gold-finish basin taps for the Alexia and Tzar collections includes different types of solutions for basin, shower and bathtub, making it possible to fit out an entire bathroom with great presence and style. They are perfect for adding a touch of sophistication and contrast to the bathroom when combined with warm tones such as off-white, beige and a wide range of browns (for example, chocolate brown); and of harmony, elegance and sobriety when combined with black and dark grey tones.
